What can you do if you’re being attacked? It’s not something pleasant that any of us like to think of but being prepared in advance can make a difference and it may actually mean the difference between life and death.
One important thing to consider when you are being attacked or if you have been approached by somebody with ill intent is that they are not necessarily in control. They will use fear in order to control you, but you have some options available that can easily turn the tide.
One important thing that you can have at your disposal is a knowledge of the human anatomy. This is important, because there are certain areas of the human body that you can strike that will easily disable an attacker.
Some of the different areas that you may need to strike and strike quickly include the groin, under the nose, and the knee. There may be other areas that you have access to as well, but if you can access one of those three areas with a quick below, it will likely disable your attacker.
First of all, let’s talk about the area under the nose. This should be addressed with the palm of your hand and you should strike them with an upward motion, almost as if you are trying to drive their nose into their skull.
If you hit them in this area, it’s going to cause a lot of bleeding on their part. It is also going to cause their eyes to water and they will likely lose their balance, giving you enough time to get away. As you run away, make plenty of noise to alert others to the issue.
If you’re going to go for the groin, which is an excellent choice, you should do so with your knee. Trying to kick them on the groin with your foot may be effective if you land the below but it would also give them an opportunity to grab you by the leg and take you off balance. Leaning into them and driving your knee into their groin is going to put a severe hurting on them.
Finally, if you can kick them with all your might on the side of the knee, that will disable them quickly. If you have the opportunity to be behind them, you can kick them on the back of the knee to take them off balance.
Those are just a few of the options that are offered in the video below. If you’d like to learn more about disabling an attacker, watch the video now:
